Our team of in-house designers bring their individual skills, talent and expertise to bear on the design and layout of your commercial workplace. Their creative approach balanced with an acute commercial awareness enables them to create intelligent, functional working environments, supported by practical and hard-working office furniture. Placing high value on progressive working approaches, our designers are continually striving to bring innovative ideas into their design finding the optimum working solution for all clients.
Our experienced pre-contracts and specification managers work closely with clients and the design team to ensure that their aspirations and objectives can be delivered within the constraints of the building, overall budget and time expectations. They carry out a full analysis, meeting with landlords' representatives and local authorities, where appropriate; this enables them to ascertain the "build ability" and deliverability of any given project - highlighting the key decision-making dates in order that clients' timescales are adhered to and met. They ensure a smooth transition from contract signature, to commencement on site, onto final delivery.
Our project managers have extensive experience in the commercial design, build and furniture industries, resulting in long-term successful partnerships with our extended family of contractors, manufacturers and suppliers. Project managers are involved from a very early stage; a combination of vast experience and a thorough analysis of every project ensures the successful execution and delivery within the agreed timescales and budget. The main point of contact throughout the works is your project manager; they arrange regular meetings where progress reports and financial updates are issued, ensuring that you are fully involved in the whole process and that completion meets your expectations and aspirations.
We maintain our client relationships once handover is complete and our ongoing service and support ensures that occupation is a smooth, positive experience. We are on hand to provide any assistance needed to ensure that your working environment meets the requirements of your organisation.
