Having the ability to provide complete design and build solutions using the divisions within breathe, gives our customer the advantage of working with a consolidated group for all requirements.

Every three months, the breathe group conducts a customer satisfaction survey. The purpose of this is to establish particular information about specific projects, and invite feedback and criticism on project management, designs, customer service - in fact every aspect of the breathe-client relationship, so that we never become complacent. The information from the surveys is reviewed by our Board to ensure that we maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
